You are welcome anytime Scam is a serious problem in Ukraine. It's a fraud! and Fraud is sort of a crime activity. But everybody benefits from it for now and I think all the efforts the officials could take will be useless. The scams put some high rank people on commision and you can do nothing about it. The "green Light" for any scam agency costs less then you pay for the petrol monthly. The main reason scam exists is the mentality difference. Guys still believe in everything they read about Ukrainian girls. There's only one suggestion - never send money abroad to the people you do not know! - and You'll not be scammed.
