You can compare the prepaid tariffs of both operators using their
home pages. You want to call people in Ukraine
using definite operator then choose it. It'll save you money .
As simple as that. Both mobile operators have good coverage area. Basic MTS codes +38050 /+38099 Basic Kyivstar codes +38067/+38097
Another important thing is Calling Ukraine from the United States :
011 - US exit code; must be dialed first for all international calls made from the USA or Canada
380 - country code for Ukraine
area code - 2 digit area codes or mobile operator
phone number - 7 digits
US to Ukraine Lugansk Landline international dialing format: 011 + 380 + 642 + 50-00-00

I call Canada for less than 20 cents a minute using this company sim card. And it's easy to recharge your credit with scratch cards. What you need to do is to buy a simple Life sim card, put some money onto your account using the scratch cards and activate the service called ONE WORLD.
Hi Stanley! Thank you for your posting. Happy New Year by the way! ) I agree that the price for Life long distance calls is cheap but the only drawback is that the coverage area is still smaller than the coverage area of other operators. Life initially was Donetsk mobile operator. So the two regions Donetsk and Lugansk have good coverage. I never used it outside Lugansk. I think it's also a solution cause it's cheaper than using the UKRTELECOM our national landline operator. _________________ Lugansk Translation Company
