well well, it's really nice of you guys to place such advert on the forum. many foreigners visit Lugansk these days and most of them do need a flat or apartment to stay. hope this could help many travellers to find a flat or an apartment in Lugansk.
i visited Lugansk several times and Ira VTC Lugansk interpreter helped me couple of times to find a nice apartment in the city center.

I think this offer has a lot of potential as foreigners pay 10-15-20 US dollars daily overcharge with on-line web sites offering such kind of services.
I just do not get it why do travellers need to pay more?

I remember that Stanley was shocked when got to know the real
prices for rent in Lugansk. People got ripped off.

I've seen that David posted a new Topic about apartment or flat scams in Lugansk Ukraine. I think it's better to be cautious when booking the flat in lugansk via some real estate rent agencies - it's better to contact the owners directly-this is what we actually do. We contact the flat owner in Lugansk and the owner gives the quote and availability of the flats for a certain date and time, of course the booking should be done in advance and we do not require the prepay for this.
