Another cafe in Lugansk can be found just close to Dom Coffee and it's called /Alkuba/ I'll attach the picture of this cafe. The prices are bit high for Ukrainians living in Lugansk but any foreigner can have a decent meal and good drinks.

This is couple of Lugansk scam alert letters we received recently.

I have been corresponding with a lady from Lugansk. She is now asking for money to continue email contact and is using an agency called "Your Time" Don't know if this is a front or even real. I do have her name, address and telephone number and if she is legitimate would like to set something up to communicate through your translation agency.

This was part of our reply :

Lugansk . Most of them are illegal - not even registered with state
or tax officials. Private individuals having web site or e-mail address stating they do legal Dating or Translation business ) We had many clients telling that they wasted their time using marriage agencies in Lugansk. Hope this is not your case. Sometimes it's the translator you write to not the lady and to tell this even having all the contacts is really
impossible. The lady can not be even aware of the fact you write to
her. Normally we do not interfere with marriage agencies unless the client (you and your lady) agrees to use our services because these agencies use only their translators .
